S-Town

Brian Reed is a reporter for the New York Times, and John B. McLemore is a fan of Brian's so one day he calls him about this murder in Woodatock, Alabama which is a really small city. The person who was murdered is named Dylan Nicholas, and John gets Brian to come down and investigate this kid's murder. He says the murderer's father is really well connected, wealthy, and respected in the town so nothing is being done about it. Brian's plan was to go in and interview a guy who had supposedly heard the murderer bragging about the murder, however they cant find him. Time played a pretty big role in this podcast because Brian had waited a year to go down and investigate he would get treated strangely for bringing up that issue again, and he did not want to cause John any trouble for calling him.

Ysrael is a person in who is famous for having a lot of his face eaten off by a pig when he was a baby. He always walks around with a mask and is always being bullied and hurt by other kids because of how he looks. Yunior and Rafa are in the Campo because their mother works long hours at the chocolate factory so durring the summer she sends them to stay with their aunt and uncle. Their relation ship is good at times, but often times Rafa beats Yunior up. Yunior gets beat up a lot by Yunior in the city, but once they get to the Campo their relationship get a little better, but it is still very hostile.
